Domingos M. Dias became a real estate agent in 1985 and joined Nova Realty, Inc. as partner. In 1986 he became the manager and held this position until 1993. Under his management, Nova Realty Inc. grew to become the number one selling agency in Bridgeport. He continues to be one of the top selling agents, with experience in listings and selling all types of properties.

He has been a member of the Greater Bridgeport Board of Realtors since 1985. He is also a member of the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service, Connecticut and National Association of Realtors.

Besides English, he speaks Portuguese and Spanish.
